\ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7 Cher, Neuvy-sur-Barangeon (18) \u2013 Jeune conseiller municipal de 22 ans, Rapha\u00ebl Ruegger est \u00e9galement consultant dans un cabinet de conseil en strat\u00e9gie et communication. Il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 remarqu\u00e9 des solutions locales duplicables mais qui restaient totalement inconnues. Alors, il a entam\u00e9 un tour de France, en 2022, pour les r\u00e9pertorier et a fond\u00e9 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise des trucs qui marchent (FFTM) pour les faire conna\u00eetre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u26f2\ufe0f Il en a d\u00e9j\u00e0 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 une centaine. Exemple\u00a0: la fontaine s\u00e8che, sans structure permanente, d\u2019Epinay-sur-Seine (93), un \u00eelot de fra\u00eecheur l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Ou encore le remplacement, chaque ann\u00e9e pendant quelques semaines, des pubs sur les panneaux d\u2019affichage par des reproductions d\u2019\u0153uvres d\u2019art \u00e0 Saint-Dizier (52), devenant mus\u00e9es \u00e0 ciel ouvert (Saint-Dizier qui accueille aussi le projet Micro-Folie<\/a>). Une initiative qui \u00ab\u00a0sera reprise en octobre 2023 par une dizaine de communes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, se f\u00e9licite le jeune \u00e9lu. Qui continue son tour de France. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
